Our vacuum chambers stabilize the electron beam for clean, defect-free welds with excellent penetration and weld purity. Parameters such as beam current, focus, and dwell time are tightly controlled to achieve consistent, repeatable results.
We design custom fixtures in-house and use precise beam alignment and thermal management to maintain geometric accuracy and minimize distortion, even on long seams and complex geometries.
All defense welding projects include first-article validation, CMM and X-ray inspection, microscopic examination, and NDT verification. Our quality documentation ensures full traceability and compliance with government and OEM audit requirements.
